Cellulites are fatty deposits accumulated under the skin surface. This skin dimple leaves an orange peel appearance on the skin. Cellulites are usually found on the thighs, hips, belly and buttocks and affect women more than men. Although weight plays an important factor, it is not always the cause. Other causes of cellulite are poor diet, water retention and inactive lifestyle. That’s the reason why even thin individuals get cellulite. Genetics is also a common factor for cellulite which means if your mother had cellulite, there is a big possibility that you may also suffer from it.
The breakdown of the fibers that connect the skin and the layer underneath it can cause cellulite. When the fibers of the skin breakdown, the fatty deposits called cellulite protrudes throughout the skin. The good news is you have plenty of options to solve the problem and that includes caffeine for cellulite.
Caffeine in Anti-cellulite Creams
It has been ongoing for decades that they are looking for creams to combat cellulite. Just recently, a new anti-cellulite cream which contains caffeine is being sold in the market. These creams have shown actual results. The caffeine in it dilates the blood vessels which causes an increase of the speed and volume of blood flow. It also lessens water retention which pushes the fat against the skin thus providing a more toned and firm looking skin.
Massage with Caffeine
Massage is known to be an excellent home remedy for skin care or even illnesses. Massaging the skin improves blood flow and circulation and has an effect in breaking down fat cells. Combining it with caffeine can have a positive impact on reducing cellulite appearance.
Pantyhose Infused with Caffeine Microcapsules
It was noted that in the United States alone, they spent around $10 million dollars for anti-cellulite products. A scientist in Austria invented pantyhose which is infused with caffeine microcapsules a year ago. This panty hose is invented supposedly to boost metabolism and burn fat. The feedback is that they were able to sell 20,000 units for the first 18 months with less than 6 units returned.
